The organization
Because our suppliers think the same way we do, quality can be created that you think of as HERMA quality. Not only the material but also the finished products, bought-in products, investments, and services have to meet the most stringent criteria. Our suppliers are glad to measure up to these requirements, because they can expect a fair, long-term relationship. They support us with their knowledge, service, and innovations that flow directly into HERMA products. We can thus guarantee the constantly high quality level in all our products. In 2008 the total value of all the goods and services we bought in came to over € 110 million.
