The Italian company Ciesse and HERMA Labelling Machines have now celebrated their very fruitful cooperation which started exactly 20 years ago: Ciesse has been a sales partner for HERMA label applicators and labelling machines in Italy since 1995. “During that time, the company founder Sergio Citti and his team have made remarkable progress”, said Martin Kühl, head of HERMA’s Labelling Machines division, while handing over the anniversary certificate in Deizisau. “Not least thanks to Ciesse’s technical know-how and entrepreneurial drive, HERMA label applicators are now a well-known, sought-after brand in Italy.
Fulfilling high expectations
In 1995, sales expert Sergio Citti had started his own business, founding the company Ciesse. He quickly recognized the opportunities offered by HERMA label applicators in the Italian market. “Both the local packaging technology and the mechanical engineering industry enjoy an excellent reputation worldwide – and users’ demands regarding labelling technology often are correspondingly high”, said Sergio Citti. “HERMA label applicators are perfectly designed for such requirements, and virtually unsurpassed in their versatility. This makes them attractive for a wide range of industry branches.” Ciesse is headquartered in Monza near Milan, in the heart of the Italian mechanical engineering industry.
