Would you like to design labels right on your screen without installing software? Then what you need is HERMA LabelAssistant online (EAO). Choose from more than 100 different templates. Or design your labels from scratch, with your own images, logos and graphics. Integrate Excel spreadsheets for mail merge. Or use EAO to generate barcodes and serial numbers. This is the state of the art in label design.

No installation necessary
No installation, no downloads, no updates: LabelAssistant online works with all operating systems and with all current Web browsers. All you need is a PDF reader.
Easy to use

Guided design process
Use our new Design Assistant to take you step by step to the finished label. Select a template and position your text and images in the entry screen. The preview window lets you see your changes. Try it!
Upload images
Use the image button to upload your photos or logos. The label is always shown just the way it will appear when printed
Mail merge
LabelAssistant online allows you to create whole sheets of labels as well as individual ones. You can even use a single design with varying information. Only three steps are necessary: 1. Upload your Excel spreadsheet - 2. Select placeholders - 3. Check the preview.
Save online
If you register, you can take advantage of an additional function: you can save your templates online. This gives you access to your templates from anywhere. You can edit them and save them for later use.
Reuse templates
Templates which you created with the previous version can be edited in the new version without any trouble. Log in the way you’re used to and open your templates in the new version of LabelAssistant online.
Print codes
You can also print QR codes and barcodes with a only a few clicks. Just enter a web address or an EAN code – your QR code or barcode will be generated in a jiffy. You can also print different codes on a single sheet in mail merge projects.
Templates for Word
Would you like to design your labels with Word? Then download a template to go with whatever HERMA label you’ve chosen. There’s no need to take measurements or set up margins. And you can work in your familiar program environment, with all of its functions. It couldn’t be any easier.
Templates for other programs
Do you use professional-quality software like Illustrator or InDesign? Here’s where you can get accurately dimensioned templates. All of your familiar functions will still be available, and you can place frames wherever you need them for text and images. You’ll also find the dimensions of a wide variety of label formats on A4 – the efficient way to make your own templates.
