Application and use
The specially developed surface of HERMAlaser sheet plus offers optimal printability and toner keying with all xerographic printing processes. Label sheets are suitable for large laser printers, desktop laser printers, copiers and a great number of inkjet printers.
We recommend production from narrow reels width 217 mm or width 434 mm for double-width production (original edges of the semi-finished rolls should not be adopted for sheet stock). A possible curl in machine direction (especially towards the cores) may be adjusted by a "decurl bar" in the press. Water based inks may have an adverse influence on the flatness of the sheet stock. We therefore advise against use of water based inks especially when printing large areas.
The pulp for this paper comes from FSC® certified forest management and other controlled sources.

Regulations concerning contact with food
The paper is approved according to the BfR Recommendation XXXVI. This paper quality according to the sample material submitted may be used safely for food packaging and may stand in direct contact to dry and fatty foodstuffs (ISEGA Research and Development Institute, Aschaffenburg).
