Innovative manufacturing methods
The raw material for HERMA labels is produced on coating machines that are more than 100 metres in length.
When it comes to adhesive coatings, we rank among the technology leaders of the industry. This can be seen, for example, in our extremely uniform coating pattern. For you, this means: a high level of security even in critical usage scenarios for your labels.
Innovative manufacturing methods such as multi-layer technology enable individually tailored adhesive properties, such as an extension of the temperature range in which the labels can be used – or strongly adhesive labels that are also ideal for foodstuffs (migration safety).
We have recently commissioned another coating plant for adhesive materials at our Filderstadt site and this will expand our production capacity by 50%.
Thanks to our own adhesive material coating and our adhesive material warehouse, we are able to produce even large quantities of labels at short notice – economically, efficiently and with an optimum price/performance ratio.
