Payment options

Payment per invoice

For payments by invoice, the net purchase price is due for settlement without deductions 14 days after receipt of our invoice, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment per credit card

When selecting the credit card option, the input screen for credit card data appears after clicking on the button “Order items undertaking to pay”. Your data will be transmitted using an SSL-encrypted connection. The amount will be charged to your credit card at the very earliest when the goods are despatched.

Prepayment

If our information on the creditworthiness of a customer is insufficient, we reserve the right to make delivery only after receipt of payment (payment due in advance). The HERMA bank account details required for a credit transfer will be sent to you by e-mail with our order confirmation. Payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract unless a later date is agreed by the parties. After we have received the invoiced amount, we will ship your order.
