  • What are blank labels?

    Blank labels are unprinted labels, usually white, but also available in various colours. They are printed with different printing systems, each of which places different demands on the finishing of the printable blank labels. Blank labels for printing are printed by using laser printers, inkjet printers, thermal transfer printers, thermal printers, colour inkjet roll printers or even matrix printers. Accordingly, printable blank labels are available on sheets, rolls or fanfolded backing paper.

  • Where are blank labels used?

    There are many possible applications for a blank label - they are mainly used in logistics as address labels, shipping labels or pallet labels, in product labelling with daily updated information (e.g. best-before date), in in-house processes as goods accompanying labels on cartons and transport containers, for inventory and for labelling equipment and components. Depending on the area of application, different materials are used, such as paper or film. The blank labels are arranged on rolls, sheets or fanfolded layer to suit the printer type.

  • What are the advantages of blank labels?

    Wherever information has to be applied "just-in-time", blank labels are the first choice. Unbeatably flexible, they find their way onto the product, the carton, the transport container or the pallet directly during packaging and dispatch. They can be used on a wide variety of surfaces and save the expensive procurement of fully printed cardboard boxes and packaging. This brings considerable advantages in the disposition and storage of the packaging required for production and shipping.

  • How do you process blank labels?

    We match your blank labels exactly to the printing system you use and your application. For this purpose, numerous label materials made of paper or film from from own adhesive material production are available. We adapt the adhesive properties of your blank label to the surface to which the label is affixed, as well as to the further route that the label takes. The type of labelling, whether manual or fully automatic in packaging systems or logistics centres, is also taken into account when selecting the material. Special adhesives enable the labels to be used even under particularly difficult conditions - be it in deep-freeze areas, in dusty environments or for seawater-resistant transport of hazardous goods.

  • Is there an alternative to blank labels?

    For labels in larger quantities that are always printed with the same information, we offer you the option of having them printed completely by us. We produce colour-printed labels according to your data on modern flexographic and digital printing machines. It is also possible for us to print parts of your blank label, for example with a company logo, marketing information or other fixed information.
